Menu hari ini adalah....



Harini masak masakan melayu pulak, kalo kelmarin bihun sup, hari ni...jeng2..sile lihat gambar di atas...ade org teringin nak pulut kuning dgn rendang sebab disebut2 dlm menu international buffet tu..haha..dessert nye pulak buah melaka..memang ala2 minum petang kat msia la ni..khas utk sape2 yg rindukan msia. p/s-siti, kite dedicate khas utk siti ni. tau la kat sini takde jual kuih muih cam kat msia.

Let's cook! start baking again...


Yea...2 weeks holidays almost finished..so i've filled up my time by hanging out with friends, get myself fit, of course doing some shopping, get in touch with some old friends and last but not least, do my hobby which is cooking particularly baking. We went for a walk from Anstruther to Crail that day, which took us approximately 2 hours before we reached Crail and the walk was awesome! Kind of frustrating cos we planned to take the boat to Isle of May but it was fully booked when we arrived there, but anyway...it was a good walk tho. After that, we cycled from Dundee to St.Andrew, which took us 3 hours for one way journey (I dint know that I'm that fit..haha =P) and with my bike which is much inferior compared to the others (who borrowed theirs from the Ancrum Centre =P). And been baking a lot these days...cheese cakes, brownies...and the latest...cream eclairs. I just realised that it is much easier to do pastry than bake a cake after this while huh. For those who want the recipe, i can give it, it is so easy . Sorila, my presentation is not that good, cos the best one has been eaten before I took this photo!
